cFire specializes in creating impactful LED video wall content experiences strategically deployed in Salesforce towers, lobbies, and galleries across eight major global cities. Our work can be found on the daily rotation of LED video walls in Sydney, Hyderabad, Dublin, Tokyo, Chicago, New York, San Francisco, and Atlanta.

These installations consist of meticulously crafted custom-designed large-scale digital animations and immersive branded communication initiatives. Notably, our portfolio extends to include biophilic nature content, such as the distinguished Salesforce lobby waterfall and redwood forest scenes, that welcome visitors and staff with calm and joyful experiences.

Challenge

Salesforce approached our team to create the well-known gold standard of lobby digital video content, the Salesforce Waterfall. The original goal was to create lobby experiences that provided a day-parted celebration of the natural world in the local region and create a distinct calm natural alternative to the bustle of working in a skyscraper, a well as to create destinations worth visiting for staff, guests and the public at Salesforce’s various important global real estate locations.

Work

cFire provides experience design, creative concepting, and content production in an ongoing capacity, providing a flexible mixture of art, branding and nature unique to software juggernaut Salesforce. Content experiences and messaging features one-of-a-kind large scale digital and immersive branded communication initiatives, custom designed biophilic nature content, including the famous Salesforce lobby waterfall and redwood forest scenes, surf and custom extensions of most content scenes for Salesforce locations around the world. Our content solutions are easily scalable across 11 large LED video walls in 8 cities.

Results

The work has been recognized by the client, the industry, and has won a prestigious Communication Arts award for Environmental / Experiences. The work in San Francisco became a tourbus attraction for city tourism. In sum, the myriad content scenes created have provided recognizable and consistent at-scale brand experiences and immersive interior design to unify and create local variations across 11 different unique large LED video walls visible to the public in eight important world cities, thereby creating a valuable brand asset and cohesive recognizable lobby brand experiences worldwide.
